The path to the beauty business
15 years of work and ongoing training. Passion for everything connected with the beauty industry led to the opening of the first salon in 2004. In order to make it successful, the most profound and comprehensive knowledge obtained from various sources was necessary. These were professional courses in Ukraine and abroad, trips to international specialized exhibitions (Cosmoprof in Italy and Russia), and the study of the experience of dozens of top salons.
For the first three months of operation, Palace de Beauté managed to increase the salon load to 60%. Pre-record of customers goes a month in advance. We also managed to raise our experts who can successfully promote the cosmetics of exclusive brands in the market.
Managerial talent allowed creating a team of professionals from individual masters.
